Jaclyn Slesareva MSSW, LCSW, CSAC

Jaclyn earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the State of Wisconsin. She is a member of both the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) as well as American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Jaclyn is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), among others to help process mental health and addiction issues.

Alycia McClure, MSW, LCSW

Alycia graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in mental health direct practice from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin in 2023. Her therapeutic approach is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has experience working with concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and trauma. Alycia strives to practice cultural humility and is passionate about creating an open and safe space for clients of all identities and backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys reading, attending musicals and plays, doing DIY projects, and trying to keep her houseplants alive.

Joelle Wayer MSW, LCSW

Joelle earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a focus on mental health direct practice, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2020. She subsequently became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin. Joelle practices Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Relational Therapy. In addition, Joelle has received certifications in both Gender and Women’s studies and LGBTQ+ studies. She has primarily worked with those who are experiencing stress and anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, sexuality and identity exploration, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. Joelle approaches each session with a humanistic and person-centered perspective, as she focuses on the personal strengths, skills, and goals that aid in the recovery and empowerment of her clients. She regards those she works with as the experts of their own lives, while simultaneously tailoring her interventions to meet each individual’s unique challenges and treatment needs.

Hollie Carlson MSW, LCSW

Hollie graduated from UW-Madison with her Masters of Social Work in 2022. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been practicing in the mental health field for several years. Hollie has worked with various populations and settings, including community mental health, inpatient hospitals (adult and adolescent), adoption, emergency crisis services, parenting support, and youth justice. She has a background working with individuals with diagnoses of depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, conduct disorders, substance use, and OCD.

In her free time, Hollie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, baking, watching sports, and taking her dog Zelda for walks.

Erica Lindall, MS-MFT, MFT-IT

Erica holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family  Therapy from Edgewood College, with specialized  certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and  Reprocessing (EMDR), Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  (TFCBT). 

She utilizes a systemic, adaptive, and strengths based approach to therapy,  tailoring her work to meet the  unique needs of each client.  By listening attentively to her clients'  lived experiences and goals for change, Erica employs evidence-based  interventions that foster growth, skill development and healing. 

As a therapist, Erica is relational, compassionate and  direct, offering a supportive and authentic space for  clients to explore their vulnerabilities and  experiences.  She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals,  empowering them to navigate their personal journeys in a way that aligns with their values and strengths.

Outside of her professional work, Erica enjoys outdoor activities, exploring new recipes, and spending quality  time with family and  friends.  A passionate supporter of the Wisconsin Badgers, she also delights in soaking  up the sun and savoring a good cup of coffee. 

 

Jennifer Frisque, MSW, LCSW

Jen earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a  focus on mental health direct practice, from the  University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2009. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Wisconsin in 2012. Her areas of clinical  specialization include working with adults with  depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy,  post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma.   She is trained in several modalities to help you  accomplish your goals, including Cognitive Behavioral  Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy. Whether you’re  looking for strategies on habit formation, tips for  enhancing motivation, or guidance on self-reflection,  Jen can offer insights grounded in the latest research  and best practices.  

During her leisure time, Jen enjoys traveling, outdoor  activities, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
